Introduction

This privacy policy applies to the game Blobby VR, which is provided by TNG Technology Consulting GmbH.

The game is installed on your device or computer. We do not have access to data stored by the game on your system.

Metrics data provided by Oculus

We may obtain anonymous metrics data from Oculus about the use of the game. These data are provided subject to the privacy terms set forth by Oculus.

Network gaming

When entering a networked game, the following data gets transferred:

• A hashed version of your user name. Hashed means that it is not possible to reconstruct your user name from the information. However, it is possible to identify you when your user name is known. This information is only used while your game is active and not stored by us beyond that time.
• Your actions during the game. This especially contains your movement data and your voice communication (if enabled). This information is not stored but it gets transmitted to the other player as well as possible spectators.
• If you play the game over the internet, this information is also transmitted to our servers in order to facilitate the game.

If you have problems or questions related to our game, you might contact us. We might need some diagnostic information to enable us to give you the required support. The data is only used to analyze and solve your problem.
